Refunds Policy

As of 2026-08-14. A shot that fails costs you nothing lasting: its credits are restored to your balance automatically, before the light changes. Purchased credits still unspent can be returned to the payment method that bought them — write to [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the purchase, naming the transaction. What cannot come back: credits already spent on finished footage, and bonus credits granted freely, which carry no cash value. Approved refunds travel to the original payment method, ordinarily within 5–10 business days, at the pace of the banks. All of it is handled at [email protected].
