As of 2026-07-24. We keep the frame tight. What sits in it: your email, account name, credit balance and its history, your prompts, and the footage they become. Your prompt makes one journey — to the model provider you chose, so the footage can be made. Everything else we hold serves your account, your library, and our letters about them. We sell nothing about you, and no model is trained on your prompts or footage. A single session cookie keeps you signed in; no other cookie appears in frame. When you want the reel erased, write to [email protected] and your account and its data will be deleted.
